Lovely building,breakfast very good and staff friendly and helpful

Our room was at the front and only single glazed so quite noisy. The table could have used additional lighting. Whilst ok in daytime with large window behind it was very dark otherwise and lamp was only dim and non adjustable .

Hotel recently refurbished and very modern rooms now. Only a few minutes walk from the train station. Good central location. Bed was very comfortable and fantastic shower. Free snacks in the room was a nice touch plus fresh milk in fridge along with some cans of chilled water. Very pleasant stay highly recommended.
